Who can I message with Web?
Campaigns can reach eligible people who have already messaged your Page. Not every follower or group member can be contacted.
When does my monthly allowance reset?
At the end of each subscription month, measured from your subscription start date, not necessarily the calendar month.
Does annual billing give all points immediately?
No. You receive your purchased monthly allowance for each subscription month. Unused base messages do not carry over.
What happens to message gifts?
Gift messages are separate from your included allowance and have their own stated expiry and conditions.
Will sending stop if I close my browser?
An accepted Web campaign can continue after you close the browser. Return to your account to check its progress.
Does my Web subscription include Desktop?
No. Desktop is a separate Windows app with an independent subscription. Review the Desktop page before choosing.
