A clear agreement for both editions.

Effective date: 29 September 2026 Seller and service Extreme Sender, at 250 North 90th Street, New Cairo, Egypt, provides Extreme Sender Cloud and Extreme Sender Desktop as separate subscriptions. Cloud runs in your browser; Desktop is a Windows application for one activated device. Your order identifies the edition, term, price and limits you choose. Questions about the service or these terms go through support tickets in your account. Your account and permitted use You must be able to enter this agreement, give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details secure. Use only accounts and Pages you are allowed to manage. Tell us through a support ticket if you suspect unauthorized access. You choose your Pages, eligible existing conversations, audience and message content and must review them before sending. A Page follower alone is not an eligible recipient. You are responsible for lawful content, contact permissions, required notices and opt-outs, and the rules of connected services. Do not use the product for spam, deception, harassment, rights violations, unauthorized access or attempts to bypass limits. Subscriptions and messages Checkout shows the current price, currency, applicable taxes or fees, edition, period and total before you confirm. An Extreme Sender Cloud subscription includes a monthly message allowance. Unused included messages expire at each subscription-month boundary; an annual term receives a new allowance each subscription month, not the full year in advance. Plan limits shown for the current plan apply while you use it. Purchased Extreme Sender Cloud top-up messages are a separate balance that does not expire, but spending them requires an active Web membership; a top-up does not extend that membership. Gifts, coupons and affiliate earnings have their own displayed conditions. Extreme Sender Desktop has no fixed in-app quota for accounts, Pages or messages, but use remains subject to connected-service rules and the capacity of your activated device. Payment and renewal A purchase takes effect after its payment or approved noncash funding is confirmed. If you use affiliate earnings toward all or part of an order, checkout shows the earnings contribution and any remaining external amount. Coupons and gifts do not turn into cash. Your order and invoice record the accepted price and funding. Renewal is a separate purchase you choose. We do not automatically charge your payment method for a new term under the current offering. A paid term remains available until its displayed end date, subject to lawful restrictions and these terms. After an Extreme Sender Desktop subscription expires, your local records remain viewable and exportable, while paid functions require renewal. The refund policy explains cancellation and remedies. Availability and results Eligibility, delivery and features can vary by Page, account, recipient, connected service and device. We do not promise access to every follower, uninterrupted service, a particular delivery count or a sales result. We show the status available to us and investigate verified service problems through support. Content and software You keep your rights in content you provide and permit us to process it as needed to provide the service you request. A subscription gives you use of the selected edition during its term; it does not transfer ownership of Extreme Sender software or artwork or permit copying or resale. Access, support and legal rights We may restrict activity for a serious breach, security risk or legal requirement, with suitable notice where practical. You may stop using the service or request account deletion; neither action alone reverses a completed purchase. Use support tickets to report a problem, and see the refund policy for purchase remedies. Mandatory consumer rights and liability rules under applicable law remain in force. We may update these terms for the future with an effective date and suitable notice for material changes; a new version does not remove rights attached to an earlier paid order. You may take a dispute to the competent authority or court.
