Privacy policy
Effective date: 29 September 2026
Who is responsible
Extreme Sender, at 250 North 90th Street, New Cairo, Egypt, provides Extreme Sender Cloud for the web and Extreme Sender Desktop for Windows. This notice covers site visitors, account holders and customers. Contact us about privacy through a support ticket in your account.
Page owners choose whom to contact and what to send. You remain responsible for the rights and permissions needed to contact your Page conversations; accepting this policy does not provide consent from message recipients.
Information we handle
We handle account and contact details, sign-in and security records, support tickets and preferences. When you connect a Page or run a campaign, we handle the Page and account details, eligible conversation contacts, chosen audience, messages and media, campaign settings, delivery status and results needed for that work.
We also handle orders, subscriptions, invoices, payment status, Extreme Sender Cloud message balances, top-ups, gifts, coupons and any affiliate earnings used toward a purchase. Extreme Sender Desktop licensing uses subscription and activated-device information; campaign files and records you keep in the Desktop workspace may remain on your device.
We collect basic visit, device and service-use information for security, troubleshooting and preferences. Optional campaign attribution and advertising measurement are explained below.
Sources and purposes
Information comes from you, the Pages and connected services you authorize, and payment services that report purchase status. We use it to operate and secure your account, provide the edition you buy, carry out eligible campaigns, manage purchases and invoices, answer tickets, prevent misuse and meet applicable legal or accounting duties.
The basis depends on the purpose and applicable law: providing the service you request, meeting a legal duty, protecting the service where permitted, or your separate choice when consent is required. Accepting account terms does not opt you into optional advertising measurement or marketing messages.
Cookies and advertising choices
The site uses sign-in and preference storage to keep your session and choices. If enabled, first-party campaign and referral cookies remember the link that brought you to the site for a limited period. Optional Meta measurement of public-page visits starts only after you allow it; you can change that choice through Advertising preferences when the control is available.
Your browser can remove or block cookies, although blocking sign-in storage may prevent account access. Desktop local workspace files are controlled through the app and your device, not the browser cookie control.
Who receives information
We share information needed to provide the service with connected Page services, payment providers, hosting and communications or support providers, and with authorities when law requires it. A provider receives only the information relevant to its role. We do not sell customer conversation lists. Connected services and payment providers have their own privacy notices and may process information in other countries; their locations depend on the service used.
Keeping and deleting information
We keep account, campaign and support information while it is needed to provide the service, resolve requests or protect it. You can request account deletion from your account settings and cancel that request during the seven-day grace period. After the grace period, outstanding activity must be resolved before account data is removed or anonymized. Financial, dispute, security and audit records may be kept for the periods required by applicable law or to resolve an existing claim.
Desktop campaign records stored on your device remain there until you remove them or the device, subject to any copies or backups you keep. Deleting the online account does not erase your own local copies.
Your rights and changes
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to see or correct your data, obtain a copy, request deletion or restriction, object to certain uses, or withdraw consent where consent is the basis. Withdrawal does not undo earlier lawful use. Use account settings for deletion and support tickets for other requests. You may also contact the competent data-protection authority.
We may update this notice as the service or law changes. Material changes will have a stated effective date and appropriate notice. An update does not remove rights that already apply to you.
